"I like the design, small easily slips in pocket, keypad only takes a day to get used to despite awkward layout, I never use ring, but vibrate is hard to feel if in a case, battery life is great, starting from a full charge at 6:00am it only drops to 3 bars by 8-10pm that night when I plug it in. If using it for music the headphone jack is a usb, you have to get your own adapter for headphones which can be annoying. Easy to customize your phone, other than the red verizon theme."
